Mentoring

Individual mentoring for managers, supervisors or HR practitioners in all aspects of people management. This includes recruiting, developing, and leading people to get the best results.

Mentoring programs typically involve hourly sessions each week over a period of 3 months. This period can be shortened or extended to meet individual needs.

Troubleshooting

Bespoke advice for managers, supervisors and HR practitioners on how to case manage sensitive and/or complex workplace issues.

This includes cases involving unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, interpersonal conflict, health issues, or other difficult-to-handle management issues.
